Our Story

Taiwan's One-of-a-Kind Sous Vide Specialty Store

Onion Nutrition started online in January 2020. In August of the same year, we opened our first store in Taichung, built around the idea of a “Sous Vide Protein Station.”

From ready-to-eat sous vide chicken breast to high-protein meals, our goal was simple: to make quality protein more convenient and accessible for people with active lifestyles.

That is how Onion Nutrition began.

Sous Vide Chicken Soup

In November of the same year, we launched our Sous Vide Chicken Soup Series, expanding sous vide beyond traditional meat dishes.

With ready-to-eat chicken breast, sea bream, and comforting soups, we made high-protein meals even more convenient and easier to enjoy anytime.

Whey Protein Brand

In September 2021, we launched Onion Whey, our limited-edition whey protein line, offering quality protein at an accessible price.

It was another step toward making daily protein more convenient, affordable, and accessible to everyone.
