退貨政策

一、退貨說明

基於食品安全，冷凍及易腐食品不設退貨或退款（除非品項錯誤，及包裝瑕疵問題）
如產品有錯誤／包裝瑕疵問題： ◎請於收貨後 2 小時內聯絡客服 ◎並提供開箱影片及照片作證明
商品只提供「只退貨退款，不換貨」安排，請辦理退貨後，重新下單訂購。
商品退貨時，請您以送貨廠商使用之包裝紙箱將退貨商品包裝妥當
訂單退款會優先以購物金形式退回
訂單退款如需退回原付款方式，可聯絡客服跟進

二、以下情況不設退換

因個人口味／喜好（如味道、甜度、口感）
未能提供完整開箱影片或商品包裝
商品已開封、食用或保存不當
非經過本網店售出之商品
若訂單由第三方代收(如管理處、鄰居、朋友等)，將視為商品已完成交付，恕不對其後之商品狀況、保存問題或遺失負責

三、其他注意事項

請確保收貨資料正確，如因資料錯誤導致配送失敗，運費需由客人承擔
如無人收貨，或需重新安排配送，可能產生額外運費
本產品已按相關法規完成標示。生鮮食品因屬天然產品，重量可能存在合理差異。如未能接受，請於下單前考慮清楚。訂單一經確認，即視為同意相關條款。基於食品安全及衛生考量，產品售出後恕不設退貨或退款（包裝瑕疵問題除外）。

Returns Policy

1. Return Policy Overview

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, frozen and perishable products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect items or packaging defects.
In the event of incorrect items or packaging issues: ◎Please contact customer service within 2 hours of delivery ◎Provide unboxing video and photos as proof
Returns are processed on a refund-only basis (no exchanges). Please place a new order if a replacement is required.
Returned products must be properly packed using the original delivery carton or equivalent packaging.
Refunds will be issued as store credits by default.
If you prefer a refund via the original payment method, please contact customer service for assistance.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Conditions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Personal preferences (e.g. taste, sweetness, texture)
Failure to provide a complete unboxing video or product packaging
Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored
Products not purchased directly from this website
Orders collected by third parties (e.g. building management, neighbors, friends) will be considered as successfully delivered. We are not responsible for product condition, storage, or loss thereafter

3. Additional Notes

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate. Any failed delivery due to incorrect information will result in additional shipping charges borne by the customer.
If delivery fails or re-delivery is required, additional charges may apply.
All products are labelled in accordance with relevant regulations.
As fresh food is a natural product, slight variations in weight may occur.
If you are unable to accept the above conditions, please consider carefully before placing an order.
Once an order is confirmed, it is deemed that you have agreed to these terms.
