退貨政策

一、退貨說明

  • 基於食品安全,冷凍及易腐食品不設退貨或退款(除非品項錯誤,及包裝瑕疵問題)
  • 如產品有錯誤/包裝瑕疵問題: ◎請於收貨後 2 小時內聯絡客服  ◎並提供開箱影片及照片作證明
  • 商品只提供「只退貨退款,不換貨」安排,請辦理退貨後,重新下單訂購。
  • 商品退貨時,請您以送貨廠商使用之包裝紙箱將退貨商品包裝妥當
  • 訂單退款會優先以購物金形式退回
  • 訂單退款如需退回原付款方式,可聯絡客服跟進

二、以下情況不設退換

  • 因個人口味/喜好(如味道、甜度、口感)
  • 未能提供完整開箱影片或商品包裝
  • 商品已開封、食用或保存不當
  • 非經過本網店售出之商品
  • 若訂單由第三方代收(如管理處、鄰居、朋友等),將視為商品已完成交付,恕不對其後之商品狀況、保存問題或遺失負責

  • Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, frozen and perishable products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect items or packaging defects.
  • In the event of incorrect items or packaging issues: ◎Please contact customer service within 2 hours of delivery ◎Provide unboxing video and photos as proof
  • Returns are processed on a refund-only basis (no exchanges). Please place a new order if a replacement is required.
  • Returned products must be properly packed using the original delivery carton or equivalent packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credits by default.
  • If you prefer a refund via the original payment method, please contact customer service for assistance.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Conditions
