Returns Policy

1. Return Policy Overview

  • For food safety reasons, all frozen and perishable products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of incorrect items or damaged or defective packaging.
  • If you receive an incorrect item or notice any packaging issues, please contact our customer service team within 2 hours of delivery and provide photos and an unboxing video of the issue.
  • In case of incorrect items, damaged or defective packaging, approved refunds will be issued as store credit by default.
  • If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If a replacement is needed, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Conditions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:
